In the regular monthly meeting of the Floyd County Commissioners Court on Oct. 10, 2023, the court voted unanimously to change a polling place for the Nov. 7 election. Lockney Precinct 2 and 3 moved from 325 Main Street to the Lockney Police Department, also at 325 Main Street, but in a different room.
In other court action, commissioners unanimously agreed to approve consolidated precincts.
